A young man said to be a graduate of the Kogi State Polytechnic has lost his life in a tragic auto crash while travelling to Okene. 
 
 
According to reports, the deceased, identified as Emmanuel, was riding on a motorcycle near the GT Plaza area in Felele, Lokoja on Saturday, when he was struck by an overspeeding trailer truck. 
 
 
The impact of the collision was devastating, and he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
 
 
Officers from the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC) arrived promptly and recovered the victim's body, which had been deposited in a hospital mortuary.
