Vandal Electrocuted While Attempting to Steal Transformer Parts in Aba

 


A suspected vandal met a tragic end earlier today at the Wilcox Relief Transformer, located in Ogbor Hill, Aba, after being electrocuted while attempting to steal components from the power system.


According to Hon. Emeka Owen Azubuike, who shared the incident on social media, the individual was tampering with the transformer when power supply was suddenly restored. 


The surge of electricity led to his instant electrocution, resulting in his death on the spot.
